Snickerdoodle Dessert Egg Bake

(4 servings)


2 ounces Cream Cheese
4 Eggs
2 tbsp Swerve*
1 pump Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 8×8 pan.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into your prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are slightly brown and the middle is set.
  6. Let pan rest for 5 minutes and then cut into 4 equal squares.
  7. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!**if you do not have Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup do 3 tbsp Swerve and 1 tsp Vanilla Extract.
